Coffee and Sugar Cycles Hinting at Change

The dollar has gone and made another fine mess of itself. The transformation of its behavior over the years has been astounding. Between 2005-2011, the dollar index was one of the easiest instruments in the world to trade, at least from the perspective of cycle analysis. Since 2011, the index has delivered nothing but headaches in the form of cyclical anomalies such as extended cycles, aborted declines, and choppy action.
