Dollar Cycles Fail

The deed is done. A nearly half-point drop by the Dollar Index produced failed cycles on both the daily and intermediate cycle views. The dollar is now poised to deliver the terminal decline of a 3-year cycle. These final stages of multi-year cycle declines tend to be sharp, multi-week affairs. With the DX sitting only eight weeks into its intermediate cycle count, we should look forward to roughly two more months of weaker prices into a major low.
